Carol Davis

Carol Davis is the Information Technology (IT) Disaster Recovery Coordinator for Information Technology & Computing Services at East Carolina University. Ms. Davis brings over fifteen years of experience in mission critical environments with Information Technology and over six years of information technology management experience. She has been employed with East Carolina University for eleven years. Ms Davis was employed as the Network Manager for the Brody School of Medicine and transitioned to the System Manager after assisting in the consolidation of the Health Sciences Campus IT department with the main campus IT department. Throughout her career, she has been involved with planning and testing efforts for disaster recovery, including assisting departments with business continuity efforts. These experiences allowed Ms. Davis to transition to her current position as the ECU IT Disaster Recovery Coordinator in November, 2004. Prior to joining East Carolina University, Ms. Davis was a Programmer and Systems Analyst with Pitt County Memorial Hospital for five years.
