Gerardo Garcia

Gerardo Garcia is the blackboard administrator at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has been working with blackboard in a higher education environment since 1999 when he helped in the implementation of the enterprise system at Florida State University after receiving his Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at that same institution. During this time he has developed multiple online applications that allow other instructional and technical staff to streamline administrative functions including a workshops and events scheduler, conference proposal submission system, eReserves manager building block for blackboard, course evaluation system, and RSS feeds.
