Amy Ricci

Amy Ricci is the Director of Online Learning at Johnson & Wales University, where she is implementing online learning as an integral part of JWU's strategic plan. Previously Amy was the Assistant Director of the Academic Technology Center at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. At WPI Amy and her staff developed and delivered instructional technology programs and services to faculty in support of their teaching. Amy has also worked with distance learning programs at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Syracuse University and she rolled out online training at a software company in Boston. She holds an M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from RIT.
