David Blum

David Blum is the Chief Information Officer and Executive Director of Information Technology Services for Zane State College, a 2-year, technical college located in Zanesville, Ohio. As the CIO for the institution, David has responsibility for all technology related support and services at the College, including desktop support, network support, software development, web development, instructional technology, computer lab management, training and helpdesk support. David has been with Zane State since 2005, and prior this he worked in private industry and consulting – most recently working at SBC for 8 years in various IT project management and governance related leadership positions. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University and is currently pursing a Master of Science in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University.
