Jeanne L. Skul

Jeanne Skul is the Vice Chancellor for Information Technology & Services at the University of South Carolina Upstate, Spartanburg, SC. Previously the Vice President for Information Technology at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Primary responsibilities include providing innovative strategic direction for existing technology initiatives and projects, and recommending and overseeing the development of new technologies for expanding academic and administrative plans essential to the institutional strategic plan. Past key projects have included the design and management of the ubiquitous computing initiative incorporated into an active learning environment and the implementation of an IP Telephony system campus wide. Jeanne holds a BS in Computer Science and M Ed from Loras College.
