Stephen C. Ehrmann

Stephen C. Ehrmann directs the award-winning Flashlight Program at the non-profit TLT Group. The TLT Group helps 150 subscribing institutions evaluate and improve educational uses of technology. Earlier, Steve served as senior program officer for interactive technologies with the Annenberg/CPB Project (1985-96), as a program officer with the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) (1978-85), and Director of Educational Research and Assistanc at The Evergreen State College (1975-78). He has a Ph.D. in Management and Higher Education from MIT.
