David H. Walker

David Walker is the Director of Advanced Technology at the University of California, Office of the President. He is currently involved with strategic planning for various areas of information technology management, including federated identity management, research cyberinfrastructure, and system-wide IT architecture. In previous positions, he has been the Director of Technologies for the California Digital Library, the Director of Telecommunications at UC San Diego, and managed the creation of UC Irvine's campus network and World Wide Web services.
