Todd D. Kelley

Todd Kelley is currently is the Director of Strategy and Planning and the Deputy Executive Director of NITLE, the National Institute for Technology and Liberal Education, where he has worked closely with NITLE staff to prepare for version 3.0 of NITLE. He has been an educator for over 30 years and has been a CIO and chief librarian for ten of those years. He holds Masters Degrees from Columbia University and SUNY StonyBrook and a Doctoral Degree from the University of Maryland.
