J. Keith Fowlkes

J. Keith Fowlkes is an Instructional Technology Specialist at Seminole Community College in Sanford, Florida. Mr. Fowlkes trains faculty in the use of ANGEL and instructional design and provides support to faculty and student in online technologies. He has worked in instructional design for the past 9 years at several institutions including The University of Alabama at Birmingham, The Ohio State University Newark, and, most recently, Central Ohio Technical College, where he also served as the Academic Director of New Program Development, and Northern Kentucky University. His current interests include the integration of Bloom's Taxonomy, the hybrid model, and instructional design within online learning environments. Mr. Fowlkes completed his B.S. in Mathematics at Mississippi College, and he is currently enrolled in the MS program in Higher Education Administration at Capella University.
