Patricia Kelley

Patricia Kelley is Dean of Libraries and Chief Information Officer at Eastern Washington University. She plays a leadership role in university planning and development, especially in the areas of library and information services policy and resources and technology policy and development for the university and the region. Current projects include implementation of new administrative systems, expansion of instructional technology capability and use, replacement of telephone system, and increased participation of the library in the curriculum. Regionally, she is active in the development of a broadband network to facilitate regional collaboration and economic development. In addition to an MLS degree from the University of Maryland, she holds degrees in Russian Language (Univ. of Colorado, BA) and Russian Area Studies (George Washington University, MA).
