Robert B. Kvavik

Robert B. Kvavik is a senior fellow of ECAR. In addition to serving as a senior fellow of ECAR, is Associate Vice President at the University of Minnesota. At the University of Minnesota, he has directed an institution-wide ERP project and research development for the liberal arts college, as well as chaired several key strategic planning bodies. A scholar and teacher of American and European government and politics, and constitutional law, Bob has published extensively and has received numerous fellowships and grants for research abroad. He also presents and writes about the complex challenges and opportunities offered by e-business and enterprise-wide technology strategies, including service delivery, process change, and governance of IT-enhanced services and processes.
