About MeMy BioDebbora Bartel Quayle has been at Hamilton College for nearly 10 years as Director of the Help Desk and Training team. Her team provides technical support and training to approximately 1,750 students and 700 faculty and staff. In 2002 she submitted Extending Help Desk Support Hours to the Educause Effective Practices site, which later that year also appeared in print as A Practical Solution to After-Hours Support (Educause Quarterly Vol. 25, #4). Prior to coming to Hamilton she provided desktop computer technical support in a variety of corporate settings for over 10 years.
