Janice M. Forsstrom

Ms. Forsstrom began her career at North Shore Community College and has over 30 years experience in various administrative positions there, including College Comptroller, Dean of Administration, and VP of Administration and Finance, her current position. She has taken an active role in advancing Administrative computing services, including ERP (Banner) system implementation and support of E-Learning initiatives. Ms. Forsstrom has contributed to articles and made numerous presentations on Portal value and ROI. Ms. Forsstrom earned an undergraduate degree from Regis College, and an M.A. from Boston University.
