Jay Fern

Dr. Jay Fern is Enterprise Systems and Services Liaison for teaching and learning technologies at Indiana University. He serves as chair of the Open Source Portfolio Initiative Functional Requirements Workgroup and is the project lead for the Indiana University implementation of OSP 2.0. He is co-author of a multicultural music series – "Global Voices in Song." which explores the aural music traditions of cultures such as South Africa, Hungary, Japan and New Zealand. He received a Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Southern California with special emphasis in the application of technology to music instruction.
