My Bio
Pedro J. Perez is an Associate Director of Information Technology for the Franklin W. Olin
College of Engineering. He is responsible for the Application Development and Audio/Visual
sections of the department. At Olin, he has had the chance to work closely with the CIO
and the Associate Director in charge of Network Services and Tech support in designing a
new Campus infrastructure from scratch. The College's infrastructure consists of a fully
converged network. As part of the team, Pedro has been in charge of multiple projects,
including: ERP and Course Management implementations as well as the design, implementation
and maintenance of the College's Intranet and Internet presence. Pedro's previous experience
includes Manager of Application Development for Boston University's School of Management and
Director of Information Systems at the Agricultural Insurance Corporation of Puerto Rico.
