My Bio
As the Director of Technology Support Services, at Northwestern University, Wendy Woodward is responsible for customer service interactions between the central IT department and the University community. Her scope of responsibility includes IT communications, faculty and staff desktop support, the technical support center (primary help desk), telecommunications and networking consulting services, residential networking and student support, site licensed software distribution, and Web-based application support.
Wendy's previous experience includes executive management responsibility in customer focused, technologically enhanced operations. She has achieved a Master of Science degree in Communication, System Strategy and Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from North Park University.
Wendy is actively involved in EDUCAUSE, the Consortium for Institutional Cooperation, and ACUTA (the Association for Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education). She also contributes as an advisory board member for Pinnacle Software and is active on Google's Higher Education Collaboration Advisory Board.
