Emilio DiLorenzo

Emilio DiLorenzo, an RIT alumnus, joined RIT on December 1, 2000 as Director of Infrastructure & Technical Support Services with over 14 years experience in the IT industry, managing a broad range of technologies and disciplines. In his position at RIT, Emilio has responsibility for all compute Infrastructure that supports RIT's Information Technology needs. The teams under Emilio include Enterprise Technologies and Architecture, Data Center Operations, Systems Management Tools and Reporting, Program Management Office, Telecommunications, Network and Systems Engineering and Support.

Prior to RIT Emilio was at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), supporting Xerox Corporation where he held a variety of leadership roles focused around providing service delivery of enterprise mission critical business applications. Prior to EDS Emilio spent a number of years at Sun Microsystems as a systems and network engineer designing and implementing enterprise wide high availability systems and networks for Fortune 500 companies.
