Abstract:

Every budget cycle seems to bring a request for cuts. The days of adequate budgets, if there were any, are gone, and most institutions need to lower costs. Many institutions are funding critical production services with one-time funding. The speaker will share her experience in working through the must-keep priorities when you are faced with cuts in order to meet your budget.
