Abstract:The School of Business at the University of Connecticut receives more than 1,500 requests for over-enrollments and overrides for its approximately 150 classes offered each term. A little more than half of these requests are ultimately granted enrollment. The challenge is to use the student registration system, the Web, e-mail, and the data warehouse to streamline this important task for faculty, staff, and students.
