Abstract:Many institutions grapple with the challenge of developing a shared vision for academic technology. Academics may not know what's possible, while technologists may not fully understand the needs of those whom they serve. In this session, we present a campus-wide participatory process for identifying possible priorities, mutual education, and informed decision making.
