Abstract:The amount of content available to scholars is growing exponentially. This session will examine the content explosion from three points of view: creation, navigation, and delivery. WGBH is digitizing archival video and audio footage and developing strategies for mass storage and workflow; Groxis is making content navigable by developing visual multisite aggregators that offer new ways to discover information; and The University of Texas at Austin is offering mass content to the public as part of their community mission.
