Author(s):Gordon D. Wishon (University of Notre Dame)

In particular, the role of IT in transforming teaching and learning is critically important to the success of our institutions. Successful CIOs use proven techniques to align IT strategies, to operationalize these strategies, to rationalize IT investments, and to ensure their efforts are transformative for their institutions.
