Brent West has led product distribution and customer support as part of the Software Services team at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since 2004. Software Services provides a self-service e-commerce portal, CITES Software WebStore, for the sales and distribution of academically licensed software products and services with diverse eligibility restrictions at the lowest possible cost to the University of Illinois system.
