Paul Bylaska

Paul Bylaska is the Vice President for Finance and Administration for Clarion University, a regional public university in northwest Pennsylvania. His Finance & Admin team have just completed implementation of SAP-finance and human resources modules and are in preparation for implementing campus mamagement. Other major projects address campus sustainability, digital storage, and the construction of a new Science and Technology. Paul completed his MBA and Bachelors in Business at the University of Kansas, and is currently working on a doctorate in Administration and Leadership Studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
