Jennifer Lee Reeves

Jennifer Reeves works two jobs in one at the University of Missouri. She is an assistant professor at the School of Journalism and the new media director at KOMU-TV, the University-owned NBC affiliate in Columbia, MO. Jen (as most know her) teaches students how to produce newscasts and use all of their resources -- Especially technology. She helped build the structure for the newsroom's computer system and help rebuild the newsroom's workflow. She also teaches web applications for journalists. Before returning to her undergraduate alma matre (She earned her Bachelors in Journalism at Mizzou), Jen produced newscasts in California and Michigian. She earned her Masters in Management at Aquinas College. Jen is the mom of a six year old son, a two year old daughter and is married to another member of the KOMU/University of Missouri faculty.
