Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer is the Director for Information and Technology Services at Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Mark led the university through it's initial installation and roll-out of SCT Banner in 2000-01. He continues to serve as a liaison for the operational management of Banner. Mark is the lead architect of the administrative and academic systems. Mark plays a significant role in the strategic planning process for the university's Technology Master Plan. Mark completed his MEd at the University of Hawaii in 1996.
