As the 2023-2024 academic year approaches for many, with classes starting in August, make sure to stay attentive to conversations where you, as a BRM, can provide support for innovative ideas. Take a moment to reflect and acknowledge those who have been supportive of you. Remember, being a BRM doesn't have to solely rely on technology-driven approaches.
