Honestly, I am optimistic that Microsoft may see the light. I know that the edu account management from Microsoft are working hard. And I may have confused some folks. You don't have to have A5 to have Teams. I think A3 and MAYBE A1 also include Teams But at this point, none include Teams Premium.
