I'm wondering if anyone could advise me what success criteria or techniques within WCAG you think could most clearly be interpreted to authorize "removing" repetitive headers and footers from PDFs? Hi Laura, I hope someone who uses screen readers more than I do may respond as well. But I'm pretty sure screen reader users can (have to) adjust their settings to have the screen reader read some styles, such as strong.
