On a similar topic, have any schools removed physical phones from classrooms? They're also intended for safety and security but have little to no usage. After 2 days of constant zoom "support" from Aruba, I'm coming to you guys and gals. I'm currently unable to provision mesh points, only portals. Were running 8.10.0.9 on a pair of 7210s. I lost connectivity to 2 points after a portal was rebooted and now can't get them online at all. Mesh has been working ...

I'm pretty sure they use the Oculus PC APP to mirror the headset's display over the USB3 cable. I wasn't the one to set it up. I think the department had their VR Vendor install everything. They're locked down, to the vendors software, Oculus 2s though. The vendor could have provided an alternate software. ...

From personal experience, around November they sent an update which removed the ability to cast to Chromecasts, with no warning. Then, I've read, they have started rolling it back out. I had to change to using the app on my phone/iPad then cast it to the TV. Very cludgey and not very reliable. The "best," ...

It doesn't appear to detail out the ADP data when consoled. no idea what it's looking up, see the DHCP data but just kind of hangs at ADP for a while with no output. I was able to find a workaround, for now. I have to factory reset it from the reboot menu then I can go into the Instant web GUI and "convert" ...

I can't seem to get our new outdoor AP 58x series to connect to the controller. We are currently running 10.8.0.9 for our 7220s. The APs always boot to instant mode and I can't login into them with user admin password SN. I factory reset them from the console at the reboot menu and the same thing happens. ...

My biggest problem is that we use Jamf but don't have a Jamf admin now. We're doing EAP\PEAP currently as well. So I'm sure I'm doing something wrong on the Jamf side. We are also looking to move away from EAP\PEAP in the near future, so I could wrangle it as part of that project. Derrick GibsonNetwork ...

We completed a migration from Avaya on Prem to Avaya Cloud Office in 2020. We were going to just upgrade our on-prem solution at the time and the the pandemic hit. We refocused and migrated to ACO instead of the upgrade, which had some cost benefits at the time. Derrick GibsonNetwork Administrator ...

Ah, it wouldn't actually allow for full vertical. In our situation, the ceiling was ~20ft so down-tilting it wasn't an issue. Derrick GibsonNetwork Administrator IIInformation Technology Aims Community College 970.339.6444 5401 W. 20th Street Greeley, CO, 80634

We had a similar request, but the eve was metal paneling. We used the AP-270-MNT-H1 and used toggle bolts to secure it to the paneling. I would assume if the eve can be easily drilled you could do something similar. Derrick GibsonNetwork Administrator IIInformation Technology Aims Community College ...

We actually have this same problem in our new data center in a box. We are in CO where humidity is very low at times. We opted to not run water to the data center when it was built. Now we have to go fill a portable humidifier almost weekly. At a previous company, the humidifier went out in the CoLo ...

I'm interested has anyone tried Plastidip on APs? Better than paint because it peels right off and is easier to apply than vinyl. We put black vinyl on some APs recently we were hanging in the ceiling of our theater and I thought after plastidipping them would have been much easier. Derrick GibsonNetwork ...
