I had to respond – this is so on the nose! FWIW, I had initial reports of the service not working, but subsequently haven't heard anything, and yes we had the generic setting to on. AFAIK it is working now, but still nothing in our admin console. _______________________ David T. Van Sweden ...

Our Google rep said that alumni would not count towards the cap, so putting them off in their own domain would indeed help. IIRC, he also indicated that things like stu org accounts would also not be counted if we could separate them out. Best, David

We have said our alumni have "forever" accounts – is that how you all framed it as well? Wondering how you'd sell discontinuation if so. Thanks!
