Megan, Here in Institutional Research & Analysis at the University of Texas-San Antonio, we are using Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Dataverse | Microsoft Power Platform with TEAMS/SharePoint Online. Granted our flows and forms aren't very complex but the Dataverse is scalable.
