We have Lumens P752 document cameras in the classrooms. Install the Lumens Ladibug software (Free). Then they can share the document camera through whatever application they are using. For the faculty who mostly sit at their classroom desk, we purchased the Logitech C270. Attach it to the PC monitor. They have been very happy with it. Only $25.00

We check the classrooms before every semester starts. Every Friday afternoon we do a classroom check to make sure the TVs/Projectors are turned off. It seems to me cumbersome to check the classrooms every week. Maybe check the classrooms that receive multiple calls. The troublesome classrooms.
