There initial increase offer was >20% on a one year deal with them telling us they had adopted a strategy to move all of their customer to MSRP. Check your current Qualtrics agreement. They likely have a T/C that obligates them to notify you at least X days before the end of the current term, and a T/C relating to an automatic renewal clause capping their percentage increase.
