We use Monday.com for tracking. We don't use percentages, but a combination of milestones and overall progress indicator (on track, behind schedule, stuck) which is updated weekly. That overall indicator feeds into a dashboard to monitor as a KPI. That KPI is then reviewed at weekly staff meetings. ...
