I will second this as we worked on a multi-year deal in 2020 to avoid this large increase. It has a gradual ramp YOY, however, this was also pre-acquisition Qualtrics so I am not sure if they will entertain such an offer today. We are dealing with this right now as well. They can't hold you accountable for any student devices as those are out-of-scope. If you have no installations of it I would push back.
