Yeah we've seen similar since that patch was installed. However, from testing I haven't been able to replicate it on a fresh build with just that patch installed. I think it's more likely to be this patch + a combo of other factors, maybe drivers, maybe settings, maybe cosmic rays. There is a newer patch ...
