DoJ has a website with their Disability Rights cases (132) I didn't look all the way through but only a couple were K-12 and I didn't see any higher ed cases in the first 6 pages. We did a test with the PPT translator before COVID, with a group of Spanish speakers. They all laughed at the translation – it was a word for word translation, and didn't make sense for the Spanish speakers. I assume it's improved, but all I can say is don't assume that the translation solves the issue ...
