However, to simply "continue the use of the SSID "eduroam" also on the 6 GHz band" does not work on Cisco 9800 controllers when you have to make the SSID wpa3 only (not wpa3 optional) in order for 6ghz to broadcast. We've done some testing with 6E and deployed in a small, highly trafficked area. So far I've only seen Google Pixel 6 series phones and some of the newest Dell laptops (Precision 7560) with Intel ax210. Kind of a moot point though since we can't turn on wpa3-only on eduroam without killing a large portion ...
