Hi Loren, Thanks for your comment! Do you mean our Account Executive, who didn't have the guts to write the letter? If we reach out to anyone at Qualtrics, it will be their GC, VP or CEO.

I wish I knew the reason Qualtrics was letting us go. Maybe it was because we stayed silent for a few weeks as we met with leadership to decide on the next steps, which they knew about from the beginning. Or because their FY ends next month and they wanted a bonus on our expense. FSU has no clue! ...
