Yes, we have had issues with math entered directly in to posts on Blackboard using the Mini MCI EDITOR MathType tool. The math doesn't render properly to Ally alt formats. Im still testing and looking for solutions. For now I'm resorting to images with alt text. But a more ideal solution would be latex ...
