I've talked to Microsoft also about 365. They pointed me to the three paid plans that the person can purchase themselves but said there is no option to add them to our license. There is a Microsoft 365 Basic - hard to find when searching, but it is $1.99/month or $19.99/year. Diane

Jessamyn - We recently did consulting with Ellucian about the Banner SSB 9 apps. They have a feature called GlobalProxy which can be used for that purpose. You don't go through SSO as that person, but you can see the SSB links you've enabled for Global Proxy. Does that help? Diane

I was told in order to cover faculty and staff you get one free per four paid student accounts and IF we need more faculty/staff accounts than that allows based on our IPEDS number then we'd have to purchase more "student licenses" (4 for every 5 needed) to cover the full ...
