I appreciate your feedback Guy. I now feel that switching the proctoring software might not be the actual solution, but to have policies in place that set students and faculty to have a more successful experience with the tool.

Thanks John. The general consensus is the amount of stress this is causing to students and how it is possibly affecting performance I see. This is all very helpful.

Dear Colleagues, I am currently assessing the proctoring engine we use (Respondus Lockdown Browser) but want to hear from you what do you use in your institutions and do you have a preferred proctoring tool that I can look into. Thanks.
