Hi Mike, Don't know what tool you're using, but I can offer 2 suggestions based on our system, ServiceDesk Plus... 1. Can use Category -> Sub-Category -> Item to select specific item having issues. Or 2. Add a projector as an asset and tag the incident to that asset. This way, you can run a report ...
