Does anyone have any experience resetting the PINs in Banner (SSB8)? Our university has moved to a SSO process and eliminated the need for the Ellucian PINs to logon. However, I've been told by folks here (I'm a new PM) that we cannot get rid of the PIN login screens but we can redirect to a SSO page ...
