We are very pleased with Lumen (formerly Centurylink, formerly Level 3) Ready-Access Conferencing for the exact use case you describe. Very easy for participants, and the moderator has a simple app they can use to admit callers and control access for executive sessions, etc. It is very reasonably priced, ...

Our first choice would have been Palo Alto, but the recurring costs were just too high. We felt like Fortinet offered similar functionality at a better price point for the recurring costs. We've now had Fortinet for 4 years and are happy with them. Jason Jason Alderfer Director of Technology Systems ...

We built a custom web app to manage faculty loading and generate info for payroll. It works well for us at least and is quite popular among the folks who had to manage this prior to the app, but it was not easy to build.
