The University of Hawaii does the same as Texas A&M. Our CAB agenda also includes major incidents...to determine if it was caused by an approved change and to link any change that was made to resolve it. If this is already documented in the post-incident review, we simply point it out at the CAB meeting. ...

Hi Zachary, We are struggling through the same issues as we set up a CMDB in Cherwell. We are starting off with a tiny step - querying our production vCenter and creating Server CI records for each VM found.
