Our Admin by Request quote was at $19.50 per endpoint per year for an endpoint count of 600 ($11,700). Then take a 10% educational discount off of that. For those using Black Belt Help or Buchanan Technologies – will they interface with your ticketing system in some way? We use ZenDesk.
