Annelie, I find the best way to reach faculty is using an ambassador program. They don't tend to pay attention to email unless it comes from their dean, their chair or a student. We feed information to our cybersecurity champions who then pass it on to their colleagues. Another thing that has worked ...

We use Proofpoint because it allows us to customize our content. We use their LMS as it has better reporting and notification features than our LMS. We include phishing training. We require employees to complete training. We do not train students.

Dear Wessam, We shared stats on the number of times our systems were getting hit, how many malware infections we were getting and how many times we had to reset accounts due to password compromise.
