I tried to convince our WiFi architect to enable fast transition, but I got this push back that this will break a lot of older clients. For those that have fast transition enabled, do you see any issues with older clients? We are a University setting with BYOD.

Just wandering if anybody else has this issue with Xiaomi phones running Android 11. I have Fast Transition set to Adaptive and this works on all supported APs on version 8.05, but when the WLC is running 8.10.162.0 Xiaomi phones will only connect to the old APs (3702).
